Shipping and Local Delivery Information:

Creating custom pieces of art and then shipping them is a time consuming process. Not unlike a good restaurant, patience is required as just about everything we make is from “scratch” and not made in an assembly line. If you do have a special request or a late gift (I happen to do that a lot...), please call us and we can provide you with a date that we hope will get you out of the doghouse (or at least back into the house).

All orders are shipped in a heavy duty picture box with ample amounts of padding and TLC. These boxes are made to provide a tremendous amount of protection for your artwork. The boxes cost a bit more but we feel it’s worth it, especially if it avoids going through the hassle of a return process.

Disclaimer: We really don’t enjoy speaking with shipping companies so some of this is selfish.

Local Deliveries

It certainly is a joy to see the face of someone who receives there artwork framed and ready to hang. However, this is certainly not something we can do for everyone, though for the right amount we’ll fly just about anywhere to pay you a visit.

For those lucky people who happen to live in the tranquil and majestic Buffalo, NY/Erie County area, we will provide delivery services at the following rates:

Standard Delivery

We usually ship via Fedex ground services unless otherwise specified. Please see the rate guide below.

Orders to Non-Contiguous 48 States (HI, AK, OR, VI & Canada)
We wish this wasn't the case, but the costs for shipping to these locales is expensive. Please add 30% to the order total ($17.00 minimum shipping charge). Maybe in the future, when we can “teleport” the artwork over, this price will go down, assuming UPS isn’t involved, in which case the price would likely stay the same.

Insurance
For all orders over $100, we provide insurance at no cost to you. This saves us the hassle of a tracer and allows us to get the damaged arwork to you without delay. If you would like to add insurance for any order under $100, a charge of $1.75 will be added.

Shipping Dates
We use the same schedule as the carriers. If they aren’t shipping due to a holiday or incremental weather, then we cannot ship.
