We reserve the right to reject any photographs we find objectionable. Though we respect everyone’s vision of what constitutes art, our views are the final judge in this matter. This includes all photos that are uploaded to our site, even if they are not framed.

Copyrighted

All artwork uploaded to be framed must be the sole property of the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact any and all properties to obtain all the necessary permissions to reproduce the artwork.

Note: MiFrames.com is not responsible for artwork that is not yours and you upload to be printed and framed. In addition to being in bad taste, it’s just not nice. Artists work hard at their craft and deserve to paid for the effort.

Guarantee

At MiFrames.com, we feel that artwork should last a very long time. All artwork is guaranteed for life against fading, frame separation and just about anything except bounces off the floor. We will recreate your artwork for a nominal fee if it does bounce a little.

If at anytime you have a problem with your artwork, please contact our customer service department for a full replacement. We keep the original photo artwork and frame specifications on file so that it can be reproduced. In the event that a frame or mat has been discontinued, we will provide similar replacement material.

Color

Though we make every effort to match the colors of your digital pictures with colors that appear on your computer screen, there may be times when the colors may be off a shade. We like to think that, for the most part, our printing process will enhance the colors of your artwork. However, if you don’t like the way it appears, please find comfort in the fact that you may return the artwork with 30 days.
